Asana: Frame
Brief alignment: Start in a seated cone pose. Bend the right knee into the chest, and extend the left leg to the side. Clasp the hands behind the head, and tip to the left as you bend sideways to stretch the intercostal muscles. Keep on reaching to the left as you frame your head with your hands.
Benefits: Stretches the hamstrings, and sides of the waist; opens the shoulders.
Contraindications: Hamstring, hip & shoulder injury.
